Introduction

"Pho-cus on Mental Wellness"

The goal for the trip was to increase awareness of social matters and ultimately improve the youth's spirit of care for others. We worked with YMCA Vietnam and the University of Social Science and Humanities (USSH).

1. Connect, expose and equip with cultural sensitivity and industry exposure

2. Learn about each country’s culture through close collaboration on mental wellness

3. Facilitate therapeutic mental wellness workshops for Vietnamese Youths and the disabled.
